Common questions
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any day we are open. Book ahead if you need the bike back the same day.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are done the same day if you drop the bike before 11am. A full service takes two days.
Will you tell me the price first?
Yes. We check the bike, then call or text you with the price. We do not start until you say yes.
Do you fix electric bikes?
We fix the brakes, gears, and wheels on any electric bike. We do not open motors or battery packs.
What if the repair does not hold?
Bring it back within 30 days and we redo the work at no charge.
